The BTPA is seeking feedback on the Policing Plans for 2019/20.
The views of our stakeholders are important when shaping our policing plans.
In 2018, we launched our 2018-21 Strategy, stating four clear objectives:
- Protecting and Safeguarding People
- Reducing Disruption and Delay
- Providing Value for Money
- Building a skilled and specialist workforce
One year on, we are making good progress and working with stakeholders to regularly review our plans and processes. Following an eventful year for the British Transport Police, the 2019/20 proposed policing plan reflects the challenges we have faced and expect to face in the upcoming year. We have detailed proposed indicators that will signal success in fulfilling our objectives and we are very much open to your thoughts on whether these are the right fit, and if there is anything else you feel we could measure against to demonstrate our performance.
To assist us in this, we ask that you complete this survey around our national and divisional objectives for 2019/20. This should not take longer than 15 minutes.
