This document sets out the Authority’s approach to governance and the managerial and financial framework within which the Authority will operate. It shall be subject to review at the June meeting of the Authority each year.
The current version of the Code of Governance was adopted on 25 June 2024 and underwent some minor revisions on 1 October 2024.
