Fiona has been Director of People and Cultural Change at Transport for London (TfL) since January 2020, where she is leading the TfL Business Change, Human Resource Business Partner and Employee Relations Teams. Prior to this Fiona has held senior HR roles at a number of large organisations, including Coca Cola European Partners and Asda.
Fiona has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Financial Services. She is a keen advocate of continuous professional development and enjoys investing time in developing and mentoring others.
