Brian Lynch is an experienced rail operations leader with 14 years experience in the rail industry. Brian is currently the Head of Operations for the Elizabeth Line working for Transport for London since August 2022. Prior to this Brian worked for Network Rail, working across a number of areas including Stations, Control, Signalling, Incident Response, Safety and Major Projects.
Brian has also been involved in frontline policing through voluntary work across London and Kent. Brian is a keen advocate for policing and during his time in the industry has worked closely with the British Transport Police on a number of initiatives and been involved in Enhanced Policing Service Agreements (EPSAs) in London and the South East.
