Andy Cooper

Andy Cooper has worked in the rail industry for 39 years, most recently as Managing Director of CrossCountry trains. Andy joined British Rail in 1980 and has worked for Anglia Railways, Gatwick Express, Great Western and Central Trains as Managing Director. He has also been a non-executive director of Grand Central and is a Fellow and non-executive director of the Permanent Way Institution.
