This document sets out the Authority’s approach to Corporate Governance and the managerial and financial framework within which the Authority will operate. It shall be subject to review at the annual meeting of the Authority.
This new code of Corporate Governance has been prepared to give effect to the decisions of the Authority following the review of its governance arrangements and to reflect the changes in Accounting Officer responsibilities. It was adopted by the Authority on 27 January 2011 and from that date replaces the November 2004 Code.
