Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, BTPA will handle requests for information it holds. Requests will be responded to within the statutory time period of 20 working days.

Please note: BTPA holds a limited amount of information concerning British Transport Police operations. If your request concerns specific BTP actions, the information is more likely to be held by the police force.
