Willie Gallagher is an experienced businessman who currently manages his own company (Touchdown Services Limited). He has significant experience as a Board member and has recently completed 8 years as a Trustee of the Scottish Association of Mental Health, Court member of Edinburgh Napier University, and six years as a Non-Executive Board Member of the Student Loans Company. Previous significant roles include being a Board Member of the Strategic Rail Authority, Non-Executive Director of Lothian Buses and Executive Chairman of Transport Initiatives Edinburgh which had responsibility for the Edinburgh Tram Project.
